Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Muridkay. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and team leadership within the chemical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
• Reconcile bank accounts and identify any discrepancies, ensuring timely completion.
• Prepare and file tax returns for income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax, staying updated with tax regulations.
• Assist in the development and management of budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for potential improvement.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting staff, providing guidance and performance oversight.

Requirements:

• Master's degree (CA Finalist).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably within the chemicals industry.
