We are hiring a Country Sales Manager for HOTTU, a leading mobile accessories brand specializing in innovative products like chargers, headphones, and power banks. The role is based in Lahore and focuses on leading sales operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding distribution networks. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
- Expand distribution networks and establish strong relationships with partners and retailers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Oversee P&L, budgets, and ensure profitability of sales operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience, with 3-5 years in leadership roles in mobile accessories or consumer electronics.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
