Job Description

The PeopleSoft Technical Expert will be part of the ERP Solutions team at NRT, providing technical support and development services for PeopleSoft Financials and HCM. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including the ICT Solutions Manager and other developers, to address user issues, develop solutions, and ensure smooth operation and integration of PeopleSoft modules. The role demands a deep understanding of both PeopleSoft systems and the ability to manage complex integrations and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for technical issues related to PeopleSoft Financials and HCM through an internal ticketing system, ensuring timely communication and updates to users.
• Identify root causes of issues and develop solutions using PeopleCode, SQL, and other scripting languages.
• Create and deploy technical solutions for user issues, making updates to workflow, data handling, and performance enhancements.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement strategies for improvements.
• Prepare and manage project documentation for deployment to production.
• Conduct quality checks on technical work produced by the team, ensuring accuracy and documentation completeness.
• Promptly report system issues to the ICT management team.
• Assist in the application of patches and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) cycles, and conduct post-update testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with PeopleSoft HCM and Financials (version 9.2 or higher).
• Significant experience in technical support and solution development within PeopleSoft.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in PeopleCode, SQL scripting, and data analysis.
• Experience with system integration and working with external databases.
• Familiarity with Oracle Data Warehouse and reporting tools like Kibana.
