Job Description

The Assistant Manager Supply Chain will oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, ensuring processes are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with company policies. This position is key to supporting strategic business goals through effective supply chain management and fostering strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Oversee inventory management practices and logistics operations to ensure smooth distribution processes.
• Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Maintain detailed records related to supply chain operations, including import documents and contracts.
• Team Supervision: Lead and mentor team members to enhance performance and foster collaboration.

Requirements:

Education:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related areas).

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in supply chain management, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
