Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with the company’s business goals. The role requires oversight of all IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, and applications, ensuring they operate at optimal performance levels with strong security and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the business's objectives; establish IT budgets and manage cost-effective operations.
• IT Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of IT operations, ensuring infrastructure, systems, and applications run efficiently.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead the IT team, promote a collaborative environment, and offer mentorship for professional growth.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency through technological solutions.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard data and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between IT and other business units, executive management, and external partners.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or Computer Science (CS).
• Experience: 8 to 15 years of professional experience in the IT field, with expertise in IT infrastructure and ERP systems.
