We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help create exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centric design and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will conduct user research, design user interfaces, and ensure seamless implementation of designs to meet user needs.

Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to conceptualize product features.
• Visual Design: Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain a consistent design system for all products.
• Accessibility: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and deliver a great experience for all users.

Requirements

• 2+ years in UI/UX design, preferably in a product-based environment.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
•  A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• Understanding of user research methods and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design systems and front-end technologies is a plus.
