Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to maximize store appeal and customer engagement.
• Design and maintain window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional presentations that align with the brand’s image.
• Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, running promotions, and interacting with the online community.
• Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams for cohesive branding across all platforms, including the website.
• Ensure website product listings are visually appealing and accurate with up-to-date descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine merchandising and digital strategies for optimal performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to implement innovative ideas.
• Train store staff on maintaining displays and promoting featured products.
• Manage inventory and budgets for display materials to ensure cost efficiency.
• Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns across both physical and digital channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–4 years in a relevant role
• Experienced Professional
