SENFENG Pakistan is seeking a full-time Aftersales Engineer to join their team in Lahore. The role involves handling technical issues and providing support to customers after the sale is complete. The Aftersales Engineer will work closely with other departments to resolve product defects, offer customer training, and ensure optimal product performance post-sale.

Responsibilities

• Provide aftersales support by addressing technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work with different departments to resolve product defects and improve service.
• Offer training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with mechanical or electrical equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical support provided.

Requirements

• Previous experience in technical sales, aftersales support, or technical customer service.
