Job Description:

The Vice-Chancellor will lead and manage academic, administrative, and research functions at SZABMU. The role involves fostering excellence in medical education, promoting innovative research, and ensuring effective management of the university's operations.

Requirements:

• A qualification prescribed by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council at Level I or Level III.
• MS/MD or FCPS or equivalent.
• A strong academic and research record in medical sciences.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience.
• Proven track record of holding leadership roles in academic or administrative settings.
• Experience in policy-making and resource mobilization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the academic and administrative functions of SZABMU.
• Promote high-quality medical education and research.
• Lead policy-making efforts for the efficient and effective management of the university.
• Engage with stakeholders to foster collaboration and secure funding/resources.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the growth of the institution.
