Job Description

The Military Lands and Cantonments Department (ML&C), under the Ministry of Defence, offers a Legal Internship Program designed for final-year law students. This program provides practical exposure to legal research, drafting, and administrative legal tasks within a structured learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal documents.
• Draft memos, briefs, and reports related to ongoing projects and cases.
• Review and interpret legal contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Support the legal team with administrative legal tasks and compliance activities.
• Gain exposure to legal procedures and protocols in the public sector.

Requirements

• Academic Performance: Minimum CGPA of 2.0 or equivalent.
• General Requirements: A reference letter from the institution and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

•  Final-year students enrolled in LLB or LLM programs at HEC-recognized institutions.
