Job Description: 

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Content Creator with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. This full-time, onsite position is located in Gulberg 3, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually engaging posts that reflect our company’s culture and brand identity. You will also capture and document internal events, activities, and daily operations to portray our vibrant atmosphere. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing posts that reflect the company’s culture and brand identity.
• Capture and cover internal events, activities, and day-to-day operations to portray the company’s vibrant atmosphere.
• Maintain a consistent and engaging presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align branding efforts with overall business goals.
• Plan, execute, and edit video and photography shoots to highlight the company’s culture, products, and services.
• Proactively suggest new content ideas and trends to keep social media fresh and engaging.
• Monitor and report on social media activity, ensuring content remains relevant and up-to-date.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and branding trends to enhance creative efforts.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a content creation or digital marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and photography/videography editing software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think creatively and visually, with a keen eye for detail.
