Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant with 2-3 years in the field. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Zoho/Solicitor). This role involves providing expert guidance to clients seeking immigration services and handling visa processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide immigration consultancy to clients and guide them through the visa process.
• Handle client inquiries and provide tailored immigration solutions based on their needs.
• Assist with visa applications, documentation, and other immigration-related services.
• Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
• Meet sales targets by effectively promoting immigration services to clients.
• Stay updated on immigration laws and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on client status, visa applications, and case progress.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in immigration consultancy or related field.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Zoho/Solicitor).
• Ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
• Knowledge of immigration laws and visa processing.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Intermediate/A-Level candidates also encouraged to apply).
