Job Description

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teachers (EST) for both male and female positions in various subjects. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the academic and personal growth of students in Federal Government schools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans aligned with the curriculum for subjects like Biology, English, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Urdu, and Islamiat
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment to enhance student engagement
• Assess and evaluate students’ academic performance regularly and provide constructive feedback
• Develop lesson plans that accommodate students' different learning styles and needs
• Maintain student records, progress reports, and attendance as required
• Foster an environment of respect and collaboration among students
• Support and participate in school events, parent meetings, and staff training sessions
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to promote an enriching academic environment

Requirements

• 18 to 25 years (with a general age relaxation of 5 years as per government rules)
• ICT, Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, Disabled Persons, and Minoritie

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree (Second Class/Grade C or equivalent) in the relevant subject from a recognized university (HEC recognized)
