Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics CRM Specialist to join our team in Islamabad. The role involves customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM, including working with entities, workflows, forms, and reports. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of the CRM system and supporting its integration into business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Dynamics CRM, including entities, workflows, forms, and reports.
• Ensure proper CRM architecture, data model, and security model implementation.
• Provide technical support for CRM users and resolve issues.
• Work closely with the business team to identify and implement CRM solutions.
• Manage CRM integrations and oversee data migrations.
• Document CRM configurations and customizations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM, including entities, workflows, forms, and reports.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, data model, and security model.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
