Job Description:
Make outbound calls as part of an international campaign (DME - Direct Marketing Experience). Engage with potential clients or customers in a professional manner. Follow the campaign guidelines and scripts for successful communication. Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions. Provide updates and reports as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Handle international calling with proficiency in spoken English.
- Meet daily and weekly targets related to calls and conversions.
- Provide high-quality customer service through effective communication.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a professional tone and customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8/10 proficiency in spoken English.
- Previous experience in international campaigns is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a clear accent.
- Comfortable working night shifts (6:30 PM - 2:30 AM).
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week (weekends off).
- Basic computer skills (data entry, using CRM systems).
