Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Daroghewala, Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills and at least 5 years of experience in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and increase sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment that adheres to visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement plans for achieving store objectives and maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate/A-Level.
• At least 5 years of experience in a store management role.
