Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Baker to join our bakery team in Lahore. In this role, you will assist in preparing and baking a variety of bakery items, including cinnamon rolls, donuts, and cookies, while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. You’ll be an essential part of our team, contributing to the production process and ensuring our customers enjoy delicious treats every day.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the head baker in preparing and baking high-quality bakery items
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
• Follow recipes and adhere to production schedules for consistent quality
• Collaborate with the bakery team to meet daily production targets
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in all baking processes

Requirements:

• Some prior baking experience, preferably in a commercial bakery
• Solid understanding of baking techniques and ingredients
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina for standing long hours and ability to lift up to 25 lbs
