Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Store Manager to manage and create online stores on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Shopify. The ideal candidate will utilize their knowledge of e-commerce algorithms and best practices to enhance product visibility, improve sales, and drive profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and create stores on Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Shopify.
• Utilize knowledge of Amazon algorithms and best practices to improve sales, increase product visibility, and drive profitability.
• Update product listings, inventory, and pricing information regularly.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, profits, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support e-commerce operations.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant (Required)
• 2 years of experience managing Walmart accounts (Required)
• 2 years of experience managing TikTok Shop accounts (Required)
• 1 year of experience in Shopify store creation (Required)
