Infinity Warriors is seeking a passionate Etsy Expert to manage and optimize our Etsy store, driving sales growth and enhancing our brand’s presence on the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings to improve visibility and search ranking on Etsy.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Implement strategies to increase sales, customer engagement, and overall brand awareness.
• Analyze Etsy shop performance using analytics tools to track sales, customer behavior, and conversion rates.
• Respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
• Stay up-to-date with Etsy's algorithms, policies, and marketplace trends to ensure compliance and effective strategy execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing and growing an Etsy store, with a strong track record of success.
• In-depth understanding of Etsy’s search algorithms, listing optimization, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve performance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet business goals.
• Weekly and monthly reports need to be shared with seniors regarding your work.
