Job Description:

As a Software Technical Lead at Topdot in Lahore, you will be responsible for leading software development, programming, database management, software design, and testing. You will oversee backend architecture, ensure seamless integration, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex software application design, development, and implementation.
• Architect scalable and secure backend solutions tailored to business needs.
• Code, conduct reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to enhance user experience.
• Manage backend performance and scalability, troubleshoot issues.
• Develop coding standards, participate in technical strategy.
• Analyze project briefs and ensure quality across all technical areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in senior-level software development.
• Proven expertise in developing robust, scalable hosted platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud and security technologies (AWS, Cisco, Checkpoint, Firewalls).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
