Dayimaan Hygiene Pvt. Limited is seeking a talented individual for a dual role as Graphics Designer and Customer Service Representative (CSR). The ideal candidate should bring creativity in design and a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from order placement to delivery.

 Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging social media content for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Design website graphics to enhance user experience and maintain brand consistency.
• Edit product packaging designs and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on banners, promotional materials, and other digital content.
• Stay updated on design trends to keep visuals fresh.
• Serve as the primary contact for online inquiries and orders from our website.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and provide timely responses on social media.
• Manage customer complaints, coordinate with courier services, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Update customers on order statuses and resolve delivery issues.
• Interact with the online community to boost social media engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience in graphics design with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Strong communication skills and prior customer service experience.
• Familiarity with social media management and basic social media marketing.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English for customer communication.
