Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with a strong background in blockchain technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with our development team to design and implement robust backend systems and blockchain solutions. This role is on-site and requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend systems using modern programming languages such as Node.js, Javascript and Typescript.
• Design, implement, and integrate blockchain solutions into existing systems (Ethereum, Solana, & TON).
• Optimize and scale backend systems for performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth integration of backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, focusing on blockchain-related features and functionalities.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions to improve the overall development process.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in blockchain and backend development.
• Ensure data security, encryption, and secure data transfer protocols in all backend systems.

Requirements:
•Proven experience as a Backend Developer with at least 3-5 years of hands-on development work.
• Proficiency in backend development languages like Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.
• Familiarity with smart contracts, distributed ledgers, and blockchain protocols.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and caching solutions (e.g., Redis, Memcached).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
