Job Description:

Tesseract Digital, a leading company in the marketing industry, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering innovative and creative solutions that elevate our brand and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and create compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual campaigns that align with our brand identity and business goals.
• Design and produce high-quality video content, utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects for editing and effects.
• Enhance images and photos using Adobe Photoshop to ensure the highest quality.
• Develop and refine branding elements, including logos, typography, and color schemes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design and multimedia production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers on the team.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• Strong sense of design, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects. (Must have command over all).
