Job Description:

Xynotech is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. As a full-stack developer, you will collaborate within a small, agile team to customize one of our core products. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with developers and managers to design solutions based on customer requests.
• Write code across all layers of the technology stack, including data access, business, application, and presentation layers.
• Ensure the quality of your code and that of your team.
• Work as part of a small, agile development team.
• Ensure that designs and code meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Participate in improving development processes and workflows for enhanced software performance and quality.
• Provide estimates and risk assessments for customer requests.
• Document designs, testing plans, and feature modifications in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements:
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with:

• C#/.NET
• Relational databases
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Modern source code management systems (e.g., BitBucket)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with ownership over assigned work.
  • Active interest in learning new technologies.
