Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong focus on B2B sales to drive business acquisition through various channels. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing to secure new clients and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business acquisition through diverse channels such as email marketing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting on various business platforms and securing new clients.
• Analyze market trends to establish competitive advantages and develop effective sales strategies.
• Monitor and track key performance metrics to ensure sales targets are consistently met.
• Understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide comprehensive support throughout the sales process.
• Handle client inquiries, respond to RFPs, and conduct follow-up communications to build and maintain client relationships.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets effectively.

Requirements:

• Strong background in developing and executing outreach content strategies for LinkedIn.
• Extensive experience with email marketing for business development and client acquisition.
• Solid understanding of basic software development paradigms and terminologies.
• Demonstrated ability to write compelling proposals for IT services, web, and mobile application development projects.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
