Job Description

TopDot is seeking a highly skilled Senior Shopify Developer to lead and execute Shopify development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining Shopify eCommerce sites and applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Shopify eCommerce sites, custom themes, and applications
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Lead integrations with third-party services (logistics, shipping, payment gateways)
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance
• Optimize site performance for the best user experience
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as needed
• Stay updated with Shopify best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and participate in code reviews

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of experience developing and maintaining Shopify eCommerce sites and applications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, web development, or a related field preferred
• Certification in a relevant field is a plus
