Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the creative team to deliver innovative and effective design solutions.
• Develop and implement creative strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Guide projects from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to create cohesive brand experiences.
• Oversee the production of high-quality creative materials, including digital content, print collateral, and advertising campaigns.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation.

Requirements:
