Job Description:

This role is essential for identifying and acquiring new clients, fostering relationships with existing clients, and promoting our staffing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients within North America through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' staffing needs, industry-specific trends, and market challenges.
• Align our services with client requirements and circumstances.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, HR professionals, and managerial staff.
• Create a strong client portfolio across diverse businesses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that meet clients' organizational goals.
• Present and demonstrate our services, showcasing unique selling points (USPs).
• Deliver well-prepared sales pitches and proposals to clients and management.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.
• Actively suggest improvements for future sales strategies.
• Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of activities completed and in progress, ensuring confidentiality and integrity regarding client data.

Requirements:

• Previous online/telephonic sales experience is a must; BPO experience is preferred.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to work in the Eastern Standard Time zone (5 PM to 2 AM).
• Ability to commute to DHA Phase VIII.
