Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Property Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and a proven sales track record. You will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying investment opportunities, and driving sales for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate leads and convert them into sales for residential and commercial properties
• Develop and maintain a strong network of property buyers, investors, and sellers
• Provide professional advice on market trends, property prices, and investment opportunities
• Manage property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective sales strategies
• Ensure accurate documentation and contracts for real estate transactions
• Stay updated on the Islamabad real estate market
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the Islamabad real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
