Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Upwork Specialist based in Karachi Division. The role involves managing Upwork profiles, bidding on projects, and building strong client relationships to generate business on the Upwork platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company profiles on Upwork
• Bid on relevant projects and craft compelling proposals
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to secure projects
• Handle multiple projects and coordinate with the internal team to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of the Upwork platform and its functionalities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in freelancing or project bidding is a plus
• Ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Proficiency in project management and communication tools
