Job Description:

Vertex Infotech Solutions, an innovative technology company, is looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to ensure the smooth delivery of software products. The Scrum Master will serve as a bridge between business needs and technical teams, facilitating agile practices and ensuring product requirements are clearly defined and communicated. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, guiding the development team, and continuously improving processes to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software products.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and data models.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Remove team impediments and track progress with agile metrics like velocity and burn-down charts.
• Conduct market analysis and contribute to product roadmaps.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test cases and validating outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative, agile environment and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 1+ year in a Scrum Master role.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
