Job Description:

The Call Center Agent will work exclusively during the night shift, focusing on sales for the USA market. The role involves making outbound calls, generating sales, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must assess their ability to work at night and their convenience regarding the location before applying. Training will be provided, but it is unpaid.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA market.
• Generate sales and meet monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Record and report on sales activities and outcomes.
• Attend training sessions to improve skills and knowledge (unpaid).

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in a call center or sales role is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM to 4:30 AM).
• Reliable commuting or plans to relocate to Lahore before starting work.
• Willingness to accept a starting salary of PKR 15,000 for freshers, with the opportunity to earn commissions.
