Job Description:

We are seeking a Functional Consultant eager to work in a fast-paced environment. As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will support and improve enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems using Odoo software. You’ll manage Odoo improvement projects, implement solutions, and enhance system functionality to meet customer needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the intersection of software and business.

Responsibilities:

• Perform presales activities and meet with customers to analyze business operations
• Develop Odoo implementation plans based on business requirements
• Map customer business processes to Odoo's standard functionalities
• Design, document, and test new solutions or enhance existing ones
• Assist with the implementation and upgrading of Odoo systems
• Manage Odoo projects, ensuring timely completion
• Provide training, support, and assistance to customers on Odoo functionalities
• Create, update, and maintain business forms and reports

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of functional experience with Odoo
• Experience in IT systems implementation
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex Odoo environments
• Knowledge of manufacturing, warehouse operations, and related processes
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform tasks with limited direction and work collaboratively in a team
