This role is pivotal in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, fostering strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our staffing solutions. • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, HR professionals, and managerial staff.
• Create a strong client portfolio by targeting diverse businesses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that meet client goals.
• Present and demonstrate services, showcasing unique selling propositions (USPs).
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
