We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Developer to join our team as a Cold Caller. This role involves conducting outbound calls to potential clients to promote our software services, qualify leads, and support our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce our software services to potential clients.
- Identify decision-makers and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs.
- Present and promote our software solutions effectively to prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information on leads and interactions.
- Follow up on leads consistently and maintain communication with potential clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Provide valuable feedback on market trends and client needs to the product development team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients.
- Understanding of the software development industry or technical products is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices in lead management.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
