Responsibilities:
Create an engaging and interactive learning environment for Montessori students.
Develop and implement lesson plans that promote intellectual growth and development.
Utilize up-to-date gadgets and equipment to enhance the learning experience.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a safe, organized, and well-resourced classroom environment.
Requirements:
Gender: Female Minimum Intermediate or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred; Certification in Montessori teaching (optional but preferred).
