Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and sales management
• Familiarity with the beauty and skincare industry is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to train staff and clients effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
