This role involves developing and implementing asset integrity management plans for stationary and rotary equipment, performing root cause analysis, conducting fitness for service (FFS) assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key responsibilities include developing inspection plans, reviewing mechanical packages, and monitoring critical machinery performance.
Responsibilities:
Implement NDTs for damage detection and health assessment
Develop and execute inspection plans and job packages
Review mechanical packages, conduct inspections, and prepare reports
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Perform root cause analysis and enhance machinery performance
Education Required:
BS / BE in Mechanical Engineering
Requirements:
06 to 08 years of experience in asset reliability and integrity management
Relevant certifications as specified
Other:
Versatile team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
