Job Description:

Potato Logics is seeking a proactive Client Service Manager to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, and acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate positive client relationships and align agency services with their needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success and timely delivery
• Anticipate and address client concerns to maintain satisfaction
• Communicate effectively, serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in client management within a digital agency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and fast-paced environments

Salary:

• Rs30,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
