Source Kode Solution is seeking an OD Executive to develop and implement programs that enhance employee skills, promote a positive culture, and improve performance. This role involves working with departments to identify development needs and create strategies to address them.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing OD strategies aligned with company goals
Conduct needs assessments for organizational and employee development
Design and deliver training programs and workshops
Facilitate change management and support transitions
Monitor and evaluate OD programs, recommending improvements
Collaborate with HR and management to integrate OD initiatives
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development
Prepare reports and presentations on OD activities for senior management
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Fresh candidates or those with internship experience
