Job Description:
As a Frontend Engineer at Vartana, you will be instrumental in crafting a pixel-perfect, streamlined product experience that our customers interact with daily. You will architect efficient and reusable front-end systems, define and build key product features, and ensure high-quality code through rigorous code reviews and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Architect efficient, reusable front-end systems, selecting the right frameworks for complex web applications.
• Define and build key product features with a strong focus on customer needs.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices including style guidelines, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
• Write high-quality, reusable code and collaborate with peers on technical design and problem-solving.
• Proactively implement features and user interfaces to optimize the performance of user-facing products.
• Identify and communicate best practices for front-end engineering.
• Mentor engineers within the team, partnering with management to enhance processes supporting team growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with modern front-end JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Proficiency in creating responsive websites using HTML, CSS3 / Bootstrap, understanding layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
• Ability to write reusable and high-performance user interface components.
• Experience independently executing medium-sized features over a few weeks, with multiple PRs to complete.
