Topdot, an innovative IT company with offices in New York and Lahore, is looking for a talented Front-End Development Lead to join their dynamic team in Lahore. The role involves leading and mentoring a team of engineers, defining and implementing front-end architecture, and driving innovation in product development. This position requires hands-on experience with complex front-end features, technical leadership, and a strong understanding of modern front-end technologies and design principles.
Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of front-end engineers
• Define and implement front-end architecture and best practices
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams for exceptional user experiences
• Develop complex front-end features and components
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Contribute to project planning and prioritization
• Resolve complex front-end challenges and optimize performance
