Job Description:

We are seeking self-motivated Frontend Developers with a strong focus on UI/UX design philosophy, leveraging modern tools, frameworks, and techniques to develop unique websites and mobile-responsive layouts. The ideal candidates should be able to work remotely with minimal supervision, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards with minimal bugs or issues. Experience in handling web layouts for multiple devices and performance optimizations is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain unique, responsive websites and mobile layouts.
• Implement UI/UX design principles using modern tools and frameworks.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance across multiple devices.
• Optimize client-side performance and implement responsive design techniques.
• Work independently to meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders as needed.
• Continuously improve and update front-end architecture and processes.
• Integrate APIs on the front-end with various frameworks/libraries.
• Maintain and optimize existing websites for performance and usability.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in modern website front-end development, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap, VueJS, ReactJS, Angular).
• Strong experience with responsive design techniques (Mobile-first approach) and BEM pattern.
• Understanding of client-side performance optimization.
• Experience with Figma is an advantage.
• Proficiency in developing within a web-based environment and integrating APIs.
• Positive working attitude, self-study abilities, and familiarity with new technologies.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
