Job Description:

The Full Stack Web Development Lead at Topdot will spearhead the development of innovative web applications. This role requires providing technical leadership, mentoring a team of engineers, and defining best practices for software development. The lead will architect and design scalable web applications, ensure code quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. This role also involves managing multiple projects, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the overall success of the engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team
• Architect and design scalable web applications
• Hands-on development of critical components and features
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Collaborate with design, product management, and QA teams
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack web development
• Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams
• Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies
• Experience with databases, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
