Job Description:

• Integriti is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical solutions and support for internal employees.
• Role involves working with various technical vendors and partners, resolving technical problems, and maintaining IT security and system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Microsoft 365 and its applications.
• Implement and manage security practices on Microsoft 365, network firewalls, and endpoints.
• Troubleshoot and support Windows 10 Professional, hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support for website maintenance and client websites.
• Manage IT resources, including hardware, software, and network equipment.
• Maintain records of software licenses and manage stock of equipment and supplies.
• Ensure IT security, monitor systems, and plan maintenance upgrades.
• Communicate with clients and users to resolve technical issues and set up accounts.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology or Computer Science

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of IT experience
• Strong technical and customer service skills
• Ability to work evening shifts and occasionally unsociable hours
