Job Description:
Vertex Infotech Solutions is actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Jr. IT Business Analyst to join our esteemed team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding and defining business requirements for our diverse range of projects. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives, analyzing current business processes, documenting detailed business requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team. You will also develop and maintain project documentation, participate in project planning, and assist in quality assurance and user acceptance testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems
• Document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows and specifications
• Participate in project planning, prioritization, and progress monitoring
• Assist in quality assurance and user acceptance testing processes

Education Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
