Job Description: Black Silk Studio, a dynamic and growing design and marketing agency, is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern. The intern will work closely with the Business Development Manager to support sales activities, conduct market research, assist in lead generation, and explore new business opportunities. This is a 3-month internship with the potential for future full-time employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors
• Assist in lead generation activities such as cold calling, emailing, and networking
• Follow up with leads to schedule meetings and presentations
• Participate in meetings and presentations with potential clients
• Help create proposals and presentations for clients
• Manage and update the company's CRM system
• Assist in analyzing sales data and reporting
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns and materials

Education Required:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising is a plus
