Job Description

At Punch, a full-service digital agency, we are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in Lahore. As a UI/UX Designer, you will create user-friendly experiences across websites, mobile apps, and tablet applications, acting as a bridge between design and front-end engineering. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing user interfaces, leading design projects, supporting the marketing team with creative tasks, and conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback. You will use tools like Figma and Adobe XD to illustrate design ideas, develop UI mockups, and create original graphic designs. You will also prepare and present drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create simple and engaging user experiences for various digital platforms
• Build effective websites and apps that enhance user engagement
• Maintain and optimize existing websites and visuals
• Lead design projects and collaborate with design teams, product managers, and developers
• Support marketing with web and creative design tasks
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design UI elements, such as menus and navigation buttons
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes
• Create original graphic designs and prepare drafts for review
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues and conduct adjustments based on feedback
• Adhere to style standards for fonts, colors, and images

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Experience with design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated and skilled in time management
