Job Description

As a Marketing Executive at Punch, you will act as the primary liaison between the Management/CEO and the marketing team. Your role includes translating the Management/CEO’s marketing ideas and strategies into actionable plans, overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with the company’s branding and messaging guidelines. You will collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute strategies, gather feedback, and provide regular performance reports. Your focus will be on translating high-level concepts into actionable plans, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Management/CEO and the marketing team
• Translate marketing ideas and strategies into actionable plans
• Oversee and monitor marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Ensure team alignment with branding and messaging guidelines
• Collaborate with the team for creative solutions and strategies
• Gather feedback and relay challenges to Management/CEO
• Prepare and present performance reports and analyze campaign effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of marketing experience with a focus on project management
• Strong communication skills and understanding of marketing principles
• Ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable plans
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
