You have a robust background in backend technologies and architecture, with a specific focus on Java, MongoDB, Cloud services, Docker, Kafka, Spring Boot, and CICD Pipelines.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business challenges, assess requirement feasibility, establish priorities, and develop architectural strategies and technology roadmaps.
Identify and act on modernization opportunities with clients.
Design and architect scalable backend solutions using Java, Angular, Redis, MongoDB, Cloud services, Docker, Kafka, and SpringBoot.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture are followed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD) pipelines.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Maintain high-quality code and software engineering standards.
Perform code reviews.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are current and effective.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or similar role.
Extensive experience in backend development with a strong command of Java, Docker, Kafka, and SpringBoot.
Proficiency in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
